...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northeastern
Lamoille, northwestern Caledonia, central Orleans, northwestern Essex
and east central Franklin Counties through 700 AM EDT...

At 626 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Belvidere Center, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Lyndon, St. Johnsbury, Orleans, Greensboro, Charleston, Johnson
Village, Eden, Westmore, Bakersfield, Stannard, Orleans Village,
Glover, Brownington, Albany, Hyde Park, Wolcott, Sutton, Barton,
Greensboro Bend, and Sheffield.

This includes Interstate 91 between mile markers 135 and 165.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

Persons in campgrounds should consider seeking sturdy shelter until
this storm passes.
